hello everyone,
a client and I agreed that it would be best if we didn't continue with the contract (for reasons that i don't think are relevent) after i accepted it. the contract is for 50$ but he only paid 5$ in escort for the first milestone.
I don't really care about the money in anyway. I'm just worried that ending the contract without getting paid at all would affect my JSS (which is thankfully 100% at the moment).
thanks

Yes. Private feedback (for 0 contracts as well) will affect. With 10\10 your JSS will be same, but dropped with 9\10 or less.

thank you, Mykola, for the information.
but does that mean that the jss only changes if the private feedback is bad? and what should the client select ad the reasson for ending the contract?
thanks

10\10 = 100% JSS, 9\10 = 90% JSS
It is just sample, real calculation more complicated. In short: all less than 10 (5 for public) will drop your JSS.
Reason can be any, it is dont matter at all. Use "no more needed", it is true because you agree that.
