Need a filter where we can filter clients by their hiring rate. On upwork almost 70% clients post jobs without intentions of hiring we just waste our connects by bidding on such jobs. 

Need a feature where i can filter clients by 70% to 100% hiring rate

Hi Shanza,

Thank you for taking time to share your suggestions. I am sorry to hear about your experience and how you feel. We already have an option to filter the jobs for the client with the number of hires on the Job search as seen below:  

Also, when you view a job, the client's hire rate is already mentioned on the right side under the 'About the Client' section.
