how long before my testimonial request is approved or declined?

I requested a  testimonial from a client, which they have completed.  However, I've not recieved an email stating whether the  testimonial will be approved or decliend? How long does the process take?

I recently got some testimonials approved for my profile. It took around 2-3 weeks to get them appear on my profile after the client submitted them.

OK I see it's just that my first testimonial was approved the same day the client submitted it!! I guess I was lucky....
