payment issus

I send my client for a 100dollar Invoice .then the client paid 100dollar but I received just 80 dollars invoice. but the client paid 100 dollars. 

100*20% = 20 fees and add my main balance add 80 dollar 

but I saw Upwork calculated 80*20% = 16 dollars and the main balance add 64 dollars but where is my extra 20dollar??
