APP ERROR

Hello, I need help. I downloaded the Upwork app 64-bit standard (I am Windows 11) but the messaging app is not working. The system doesn't show the reason of error. I tried to do basic trouble shooting but nothing is working. I can only use the messaging platform via web browser.
