Accept a contract from the same client if unverified?

So I got my first client. Then he offered me a contract and I accepted it. Our agreed terms is a per-project payment but our contract is 'hourly'. Now I suggested to proposed another contract and he agreed. If he ended the contract and proposed another, can I accept it even if I am unverified?

What remedy can you suggest with this per project agreement in an hourly contract? Please help me

Hi Irish Mae,

It looks like you are requested to complete the verification process. If you are not able to verify your account on the deadline specified, your account will be placed on hold. The hold will not affect any active contracts you have. You can still work, but you will need to complete the verification process before getting paid or applying to new work.
