Account Suspended and Support Appears to be an Endless Loop

We placed our first job offer on this platform and came back today to find that the account has been suspended. The help chat is an endless loop of contacting support and receiving this message: 

 
Okay. I'll connect you with a member of our support team.
I'm checking for available support options for you. This shouldn't take too long.
If you don't see your options in a few seconds, please refresh your page.
 
With no additional information even after refreshing the page as instructed.

The help docs say that if an account is suspended that an email will share details and how to re-instate the account. We have done a full search for any email, including through SPAm filters, and there is no such email.

How does this get resolved? How does support work here?
