Account approval issue.

Hi there!

My father is trying to submit his profile about 5 times but each time he is notified "We’ve reviewed your profile and currently our marketplace doesn’t have opportunities for your area of expertise.". He's skills are PHP, JS, etc and profile description describe his programming skills.

We can not find any way to send a request to help center. We are trying to ask this question here - in community, but we can not do it due to the "location" field (one which is under subject) has not any selectable options on his account.

Please help us with that.
