Account on Hold, Client is not responding

Hey my seniors,

 

I have my one fixed-rate contract is on hold, and when I received mail from Upwork to stop working on this contract, I have delivered all the work before this mail. I have contacted the client as well, but he didn't respond to me as well, now would you please assist me that what should I do?
