Advertising location incorrect!

I am based in the UK but source candidates on behalf of the company I work for located in the US. For the life of me, I cannot change the UK only when I post a job even though I put the location down on my advert as the United States. 

I have read that I need to change MY location to the US, however, when I try and do this UpWork requests an address and then starts talking about sending tax information. 

Can someone please advise? Thank you!

Hi Laura,

As you already did, you can set up a location qualification. Please note that your country should reflect the one you're physically located in and be able to verify it.
