Agency Help - Assigning jobs to my team

Hello! 

I have created an agency on Upwork. This agency is new and we have secured our first client. My agency will work as a team - meaning we will all tackle the same project and I will take part and oversee progress to ensure 100% satisfaction.

A few questions:

1) If I accept the job offer how do client reviews work? Do they belong to the agency or individual accounts?

2) Can all my agency members log their hours? Or do we need to log hours under one account?
