I've checked and it looks like you don't have enough Connects to use when submitting proposals. Please note that as a freelancer or agency, you'll use Connects to reach out and let clients know you're interested in their project. Hope you are doing great today! I would like to suggest that you should bid on projects with least proposals on them and also try not to copy and paste your proposals.. Try to give solutions in your proposals and make sure to present your portfolio in an effective way.

Hi there Muddasar, 

Thank you so much for offering your time and help for newbies! 

I'm having trouble with making my portfolio uploads look nice. I am happy with the documents I've uploaded, but the thumbnails are very unattractive images of words from my description. Do you know if it's possible to add a thumbnail to make my uploads look a bit neater? I can't seem to find any help on this anywhere else!

Hope you are doing fantastic! I understand your concern. You can put your words into powerpoint presentation or you can use a good presentation template and then you can save it as PDF or images, which you can upload to your upwork profile...
