Bonus withdrawal

Hello,

Please advise, I received a bonus from my client but I have no idea how to withdraw that money. The balance is $0.00, the Payoneer method seems to be set up correctly. What do I need to do to get that money?

On your Reports>Overview page, under which tab do you see the money?

If the client paid the bonus recently, you will see the date it will be available under the Pending tab in the left hand column next to the bonus amount (under "date")

I just tried to open that page (Reports>Overview page) but it says "You
don't currently have access to this page" err 403 What did I do wrong?

Hi Daria,

Since you're an exclusive member to the agency, the funds are sent to the agency. The agency (not clients) is responsible for paying agency members. To learn more about this, check out this guide. Thank you.
