Hello! I imported my Cambridge CAE certficate manually more than 2 weeks ago, and the certificate it's still not showing up on my profile 😞 I would like to know how to fix this, or if someone has had a similar problem.
I have a Credly account, but Credly doesn't have the Cambridge CAE certification, so I have no other option than uploading it manually.
The attached picture is an screenshot from the Cambridge online results portal, where it says that my certificate was succesfully sent to Upwork but it hasn't been reviewed.

I see that you have shared the certification with Upwork directly from the Cambridge online results portal but there is no certification request created on your Upwork account. Please add the certification on your Upwork profile so that our team can review and approve your request. You can refer to this help page for more information.
