Can't sign up/login email of a closed account

Hello, I created a Client account and closed it immediately because I selected the wrong type of account upon sign up. Now, I can't create an account with the same email because it says that my email is already in use. I also can't log in with the same email because it says that my email is incorrect. Your help will be appreciated.
