Hi there. I have recently joined Upwork and I am confused about the service charges. The charges are like 20% for the first $500 and after that 10% up to $10000.
If I get into a long-term agreement with the job provider how will the service fee be calculated?
Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi Pravin,
Thank you for your message.
When you get into a long-term contract, you will be charged 20% as Freelancer service fees for the first $500 earnings and then 10% on earnings of $501.00 to $10,000.00. Your Freelancer service fees will be reduced further to 5% from $10000.01. Check out this help article for more information.
Thank you.
