I cannot change my legal tax payer name. I filled incorrect data by mistake earlier.

Do you see the pencil icon under the Tax Information section? You should be able to use it to edit the name you've entered there.

Thank you for your message. Since you are not from the United States, you need to fill W-8BEN form on the Tax Information page. Please enter your full name under the Legal Name of Taxpayer section.

Thank you for reaching out to us. You cannot use another person's Tax Identification Number. You'll have to consult a local tax authority about getting a TIN in order to receive your payments on Upwork.
