My client sent purposal to me and I confirmed. Project is on waiting for client acceptance by email but Client did not receive email.

You might be confused about how the platform works. First, the freelancer sends proposals, not the client. If the client wants to hire you, he will send an offer. There are no emails involved in accepting an offer.
