Client not approving my payment

Hi. 

I've been hired for a job by a client. I have completed the job but the milestone is not approved. Whenever I message the client he never responds. Its be more than a month and he is still unresponsive. 

Please suggest to me what to do in such a case.

Clients do not need to approve payments.

Clients don't need to approve milestones. Clients don't need to approve when we finish a job.

Clients don't need to respond to messages.

 

Don't send messages to the client.

When I complete a task, I don't send a message to the client.

I don't ask clients to approve the job.

I don't ask clients to approve payment.

If I was the freelancer working on this project, I would have already received my money.

This is simple.

Do what I do:

 

When I finish the task, I click the "Submit for Payment" button.


Then I get paid AUTOMATICALLY.

Hi Saroj,

 

I checked and it doesn't look like you've used the Submit Work for Payment on this contract. When you submit the work on a milestone the client has 14 days to review, if no action is taken on their end, the funds are released to you automatically. You can learn more about Fixed-Price Protection here.
