Client's payment is not reflecting on my account

Hi,

My client gave me a bonus but it's not showing on my account, I read some thread that it can be seen on the overview tab>reports>pending, but it's not there? Can someone help me, I don't know what the problem is

Hi Patricia,

 

Whenever a client process a bonus payment it should definitely show under 'Pending' until the five-day security period ends. I checked and it looks like a bonus has not been recently paid to your account. You may want to consult this with your client. Additionally, if your client is experiencing any sort of issue making their payment, they can reach out to us for assistance.
