Okay. So I have a client for whom I was doing an automation job. I asked her whether she is fine with the little delay. She replied that she is fine because she had another problem to fix and told me to take my time and make the script. Now when I finished the script I came up to Upwork to submit my work. I saw a notification that she ended the contract and requested a refund.
# Threre was no exchange of funds between her and me.
What should I do?
And If I give a refund how is it going to affect my JSS?

Hi Mrittunjoy,
It looks like the client has ended the contract before releasing any funds. This is why an automated request for refund has been sent to you. If you agree, the funds deposited in Escrow will be returned to the client since the contract has been cancelled. Please know that JSS can be affected if the contract was ended without any earnings.
