Customer does not pay and does not respond

Hello,

 

I just started using Upwork. I found a job through Upwork and submitted an offer.

The customer accepted the proposal. I quickly finished the customer's job.

But the customer asked for extras about the task.


I did these tasks for free.

 

The customer requested another job on it. I told him to pay for my previous job.

But the customer does not answer and does not pay.

 

I made the speech and the contract through Upwork.

 

I am really sad. Can you support me?

Thank you for your message. I see that the client has already approved the payment now and the same will be available on your Upwork account after 5 days security period. You can refer to the Report page for the status of your funds.

You made many mistakes.

That is okay!

Part of learning new things is making mistakes.

 

It is your fault that you worked for free and did not get paid, but that is good news. Because it means you have the POWER to change how you act next time, and change the outcome.

 

You should continue reading and studying and asking questions until you know what you did wrong.

You are right. Since it was my first job, I didn't want constant payment.

 

But the job is done. The customer does not confirm the payment. And he is not responding.

 

Is this my problem?
