Fraud Clients

I have given 3 interviews where the client told me to write a sample article on their given topic, in order to be "selected" for their "10-15 dollars" job.

It's obvious that they are intending to get free writing from freelancers in the name of sample writing. 

It's been 3 months in Upwork for me and I am extremely disappointed to experience the amount of fraud on the site.

Either job offers are like write me research paper I will give you 5 dollars and 5 stars, or completely fraud clients who intend to seek advantage of the freelancers.

I tried to flag them, but I didn't find any flag for previously applied posts.

I can't find the flag button, maybe because after they don't consider you, you won't be able to flag them.
