Title: Your title will be confusing to clients because it includes several unrelated skill areas. Customer service is not necessarily tech support, and neither is related to financial reporting or invoicing. Maybe your title should be Virtual Assistant; especially if you provide several types of customer service functions or administrative assistance functions. If you are providing social media services, you should choose a different title.

Overview/Summary: Your summary needs to expand on your title. Right now, your summary talks about Google ads and Google search strategy and these are not related to your title. Focus your summary on your title--after your change your title to a specific skill area or occupation.

Skills: The same for your skill categories. Select skills based on your title and summary.

Portfolio: Add a portfolio to show samples of your work. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

Once you make these changes, clients will have a better understanding of the services you can provide.

I'm reposting the same message that was posted in late June regarding your profile.

I think your profile is off to a good start. Your overview/summary has good information, but make sure you focus on the client's needs. Clients expect to read about your experience and qualifications, but they really want to know how your experience/qualifications will benefit them. In other words, you should tell clients what kinds of web applications or software you can develop and how you can build them efficiently to meet the client's needs or solve their problems.

It is also very important for a web/software developer to have a portfolio. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients by demonstrating your experience. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

I like the information in your profile summary, but I think you should give prospective clients a little more information about what you can do. Mentioning your passion for tech and your motivation to learn and grow is nice, but clients rarely care about this. Clients are looking for results, so you should to tell them what you can do and how it might benefit them.

For example, you can tell prospective clients that with your expertise, you can help build simple or advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems; help them utilize AI/ML to better automate cyber security threat detection; or help them integrate human and machine data for a shared human/machine partnership, etc. Either way, clients expect to read about how you can apply your skills and qualifications to meet their needs or solve their problems.

Also, you should add a portfolio to show samples of your work. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

Your employment history and other areas look great. Once you make the suggested updates, I think clients will have a better understanding of the services you offer and how you can help meet their needs or solve their problems.

You should consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking a minimum of 10 business days. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.

The other areas of your profile look good. I do not see any problems or issues that would prevent a client from hiring you.
