Have not received funds

Hi. It's the first time that I've withdrawn funds from my account and set it up to go to my local bank. The withdrawal was done on 25 May and I still haven't received the funds. Could you please help? I called my bank today and was told they have no record of funds coming from Upwork, no floating transactions waiting for clearance and no returned funds. Thank you!
