Let me start off by saying I am new to Upwork, sorry in advance. I have a client that has already paid for hourly wages, but when I performed the work, I missed logging my hours with the app. The milestone says that I was paid, but my balance shows $0 as I did not log hours. How should I fix this?

You are confused.
Milestones are part of fixed-price contracts only.
Logging hours is part of hourly contracts only.
Which of these do you have?

The first contract was fixed price, and is reporting paid as shown as milestone below:

I found the answer in an earlier thread. Milestone balances have a 5 day waiting period to clear. Thank you for directing me towards milestones via fixed price contracts. That is how I found the answer. Have a good day.
