Is 30 days mandatory for rising talent badge even after completing other required criteria

Hello,I am a newbie to upwork joined this month (may 2020); completed my first job successfully and also passed the rising talent test with 5 score.when will the rising talent badge appear for new users .

You can locate the profile completeness at the bottom of the My Stats page. Please note that Rising Talent status is automatically applied to users whose profiles meet all of the requirements. You are on your way to get a Job Success Score, one of the requirements to earn and maintain Top Rated status. To get the Top Rated badge, you’ll need to fulfill all of the requirements mentioned in this help article.

Thank you for your message. Once you have enough work history on Upwork, your Rising Talent status will automatically be replaced by a Job Success Score (JSS). Once you earn a Job Success Score, you can start working toward Top Rated status.

Once you get a JSS, you automatically lose the rising talent badge, which is to encourage new freelancers who meet Upwork's  criteria for the badge.  You are on the way to getting the top rated badge.

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I'm not getting the rising talent badge. I have completed a job with a 5-star review and have another 4 contracts going on. One of my friends who also started working on Upwork got his rising talent badge on his first job completion. I meet all the requirements for the rising talent badge. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Hi, I'm already half a year on the platform, I've earned a little over 4000 dollars and more than 150 hours of work with good feedbacks from recurring customers, but I still don't get a single medal, not even the most basic rising talented one.

I was wondering how to check if I have all the criteria for the Rising Talent status?

From my point of view the situation is like this:

• Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)- I have passed the test with 4/5
• Have at least one contract (but too few to receive a JSS) and deliver great results to your clients- I had one succesfull contract (5 stars)
• Complete your projects on time and as promised-done
• Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your professional credentials-done
• Keep your availability status up-to-date-done
• Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set-I'm not 100% sure, could someone check?
• Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service-done
• Have been active in the past 90 days (submitting proposals or delivering work) or have joined in the past 30 day-done

What am I missing for the Rising Talent status?

You only have two completed contracts. Only ended contracts count as completed. One of them the client wasn't entirely happy, so you won't qualify for Rising Talent status (ever).

Yes, that's what I meant, but you will get a Job Success Score (JSS) after a 2 to 4 more completed contracts anyway.

I think you are confusing this with JSS. You have a lot of open contracts, try to have the client end the stale ones so that you get a rating.
