Issues with Agency Team Setup

I had client create new contract for me to accept under agency team but I don't see a way to add additional team members. It is for an hourly job but I read somewhere in forum just now that you can't assign team members to hourly jobs is that correct? If so I will cancel my agency team account. If that is not the case how does the client hire each person on the team is their a manual or guide for that?
