Job history and client feedback is not visible as public public view

Hi everyone !

I have completed a job 5 days ago but my Job history and client feedbacks is not visible as public view it, i really don't know what should i do, can anyone please help me, Thanks.

Hi Subhajt,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can confirm that the contract is still open. Once the contract is closed, the party who closes the contract is requested to leave a review. Afterward, the other party will be prompted to leave their feedback. You may read more about leaving feedback here.

Actually this the 3rd contract is runing but client ended the previous contract and given me feedback,  i can still see the reviews and work history but its not showing as public can see it.
