Why there are so many clients on Upwork that ask to contact them via Telegram?.

These clients waste our time, and efforts, as well as connects.

Upwork should ban/block such clients.

It is not a clients but scammers. Any scammer free to register and post job here.

Connects refunding when scammer banned.
