Leave Feedback When Paid By The Hour

Hello,

A week ago I submitted my first deliverable to a client.

The price was per hour and I spent 4h. Is this money ready to be withdrawn?

How can I give her a review and how can she give me a review?

As it doesn't look like the contract stops even if everything has been delivered as planned.

Hello,

To give review, one of you must end the conract and give feedback at the same time and the other will have the possibility to do it on his contract room. You can also request feedback on active contracts with payments beginning 30 days after the contract started.

Hi Heloise,

Typically, freelancers wait for the client to end a contract, make any final payments, and leave feedback.

To end your contract

1. Go to My Jobs
2. Click the contract's title
3. Select the (...) options menu
4. Click End contract

Click on the name of the contract on the left, not the dots on the right. Then click on the three dots and there's the option to end the contract.

You should be able to check under "reports" and see if the money is available.

I've also tried to Add a Payment Method, but this error message shows up. (screenshot attached)
