Maximum tried to upload ID

Hey guys

Have had a profile with upwork for a while but not used it since registered few years back. I have now a complete profile and trying to submit proposals however my ID upload was rejected. Don't understand it is perfectly clear (as you can see in the pic attached) yet it was rejected and now am being told I have reached maximum tries so I can't put any proposals forward. Its irritating as it took ages to complete my profile and worked hard on it to make it as professional as possible. Would appreciate some advice. Thank you
