Hello everyone there!

I am new on Upwork, many people talk that upwork is not beginners friendly. So I want to know how Upwork encourage newbies? And how new comers can get their first job? In bidding process the new freelancers dont have much connects to compete with others which have lots of connects, taking the advantage of this they win the bidding and at the end they get the projects.

I have my all connects in bidding and submitting proposals and now how can I submitt proposal for a job?
