Hi,
I was browsing tests to take and add to my profile and once I was ready I wanted to start one, but to my surprise I was not allowed with a message appearing that I need to wait almost 3 months.
I understand you cannot retake a test within 3 months, but that's the thing - I have not started that test before. I am very confused. Is there a way to check with technical what has happened and sort it out?
