PLEASE EXPLAIN BOOSTING JOB WITH CONNECTS

When a job posting shows that 1st- 4th place bidders have all bid a certain number of connects (all above required minimum boost), and the minimum connects is 16, does this mean if i only use the minimum connects, my bid will not be seen by the client?

It can be seen Dorothy, But it will rank to the bottom, Boosting means you will be the top 1 of all the applicants!

Hi Dorothy,

According to my experience, our client only see 2 sentense of headline from our proposal then they rolled until the end of the list. So if you wanna boost your place of proposal it may work but not at all. I believed we need to improve our proposal to hook client to open our proposal and check it. Mostly, all my proposal has been viewed by client without boosting.
