Paying Freelancer after finished contract

Hi.I have ended the contract with freelancer however I had not approved or paid the last milestone and seem unable to do this from my account?Can you please help so I can pay freelancer for their work?

Hi Stacey,

You can look at your past hires then click on the contract. You will be directed to the page shown below. Click the three dots on the right corner and there should be an option to give a bonus.

Also... Check the records and verify this. Sometimes freelancers get confused about whether they have been paid. You may have already paid, but there is a waiting period before the funds are available for them to withdraw.

If a freelancer looks in the wrong box, it is possible for her to mistakenly think she has not yet been paid in full.
