Refreshing the page to submit a proposal

Hello,

Every time I finish writing my cover letter, and proposal in general, after which I go and click "Submit proposal" nothing happens unless I refresh the page, write the proposal again and then click on submit. 
Sometimes, this happens two times until, the final, 3rd time, I can submit a proposal.

Anyone else has a similar problem, or perhaps a solution?

Hi Luka,

Can your try clearing your cache and cookies, or log in with another browser to submit a proposal. 
If the issue is still showing on your end let me know, our team will investigate this further.

I've written a proposal in Mozilla and submitted it on the first attempt. Seems fine now! I guess I have to take care of Chrome's cache and cookies.
