Seeking Guidance for Building a Data Analytics Agency

Hello Upwork community,

I'm a new user on Upwork, and I'm currently in the process of establishing a data analytics agency with my friends. Despite our efforts in updating projects and portfolios for each team member, creating an agency plus account, and submitting over 90 proposals with more than 850 connects, we've only secured one project for $80. This outcome has left us with some questions and uncertainties:

1. What might we be doing wrong in our approach?

2. Is the data analytics market on Upwork oversaturated?

3. Are clients less inclined to work with agencies and more interested in individual freelancers?
