Skype interview or phishing scam?? HELP!

A potential employer interviewed me via Skype for this project plus ongoing work as a 1099 contractor/employee. He gave great info. It is for a software co. that has a particular project in my niche but also will be an ongoing 1099 employment afterward. At the end of the interview, however, he asked for my full name, email, phone #, and mailing address. He also wants me to sign some docs. that was was to email me for a background check, etc. I wasn't sure if this was normal. Their co. website and Linkedin seem to check out but I was still a little nervous about this.

Tell them they don't need it because Upwork has it.

Upwork got its own platform for messages, calls and video chats. Seems you already did the interview through Skype tho.
