Submit a proposal button is not working

Hi, I am new on Upwork. Whenever I am clicking on Submit a proposal button on a job post, I am getting an error: http://prntscr.com/156fc0h

But my profile got approved a few hours back already? http://prntscr.com/156fg37

What may be the possible cause? 

Also, I am seeing zero available connect when submitting a proposal when on the membership and connect page, I can see 50 connects.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Regarding your Connects, it looks like you're an Exclusive Agency Member. This means you can only use the Agency's pool of Connects to submit proposals, please discuss this with the Agency Owner.
