Submitting work

Hi there, 

I was asked to convert 7 jpeg files to word, but the client only send 2, I guess they were unsure because when I asked for the rest of the jpegs, they said they had already send them and I should check the first message they sent. But when I specified that the files are not showing anywhere and they can check in the message and files tabs so they send me 4 more jpegs. 

I messaged the client, confirming that I have recieved the 4 files and will start working on them, however, last 2 and these 4 makes that I have 6 files in total, and as soon as they see this message to kindly send me the last remaining one.

Now my questions are

Should I wait for the last file and then submit my work together?

And since there are multipe files to send, should I send them as a zipped folder thrugh the submit work tab ?
