The client kept the contract active and didn't contact and answer my message for 4 years.

I worked with a client in 2019. He told me he will continue to work with me. He added a second milestone, I worked for him. After that, he did not add any milestones and I can't reach him since the second milestone was completed. The contract is still active since Feb 24, 2019. Should I keep this contract active?

Thanks for reaching out. Clients and freelancers both have the option to end the contract. If there is no work that needs to be completed or if the client has been unresponsive, you have the option to end the contract yourself. You can also try and send them a message to let them know before ending it if that's what you prefer.
