Unable to refund client - amount in Escrow

Hi,

I am new to Upwork and I am trying to refund some amount to my client as the job/contracted has been completed.

But whenever I try to submit the request along with feedback it gets stuck.Kindly guide.

Hi Zulaikha,

Your client has already submitted a refund request for the funds in Escrow. You will need to go to My Jobs > open the refund request > and either approve it or open a dispute for the amount. 
If you approve it, the funds will be refunded back to your client. Thank you.

I am following the exact same steps but as soon as I approve the funds itmoves to Feedback page and keeps getting stuck there.

Please see attached image. It is stuck like this for more than 5 minutes.
