I don't know what you mean by options and indexes, but this is: 

- how many invites the client sent to freelancers he wants to apply to his job

- how many invitees have not accepted the invite yet.

->Proposals: Less than 5, Less than 10, less than X

Does it mean that this much proposals have been sent to the client by freelancers?
