Is there a phone number to reach customer support at upwork? I don't care to use the bot or the forum for my private concerns.

Having everybody call Upwork on the phone doesn't work out mathematically.

Is it possible that the questions you have are questions that hundreds of other Upwork users have had? And those questions could be answered by doing a search in the "Subject" field in the Forum?

Also: It is possible to post questions here in the Forum which let you obtain the information you need, without getting into specifics.

For example, if you have questions about how to add a payment withdrawal method so you can withdraw earnings to you bank account... You can ask about that here in the Forum without stating your bank account number.

I am still waiting to hear back from Upwork regarding my profile. I haven't been able to finalize my profile and seek projects due to my picture isn't being accepted. I have tried in every format and nothing. I have sent over three request to their helpdesk in tickets and no one has responded. I need a human too. Someone from Upwork can you please help me?

Hi Alexander,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble updating your profile photo. Please check if the image you're trying to upload is in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png format and at least 250px by 250px and no more than 4000 x 4000px. Also, make sure that it's a clear photo of yourself, not a long shot, that your face is visible, and that the following requirements are met:

You are not wearing sunglasses in the photo
It is not a logo or clip-art
It is not a group photo
The picture was not digitally-altered
The maximum size is 5 MB

If it meets those requirements and you still can't upload it, please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to check if the problem persists. Please check this help article for more information about profile pictures and tips on choosing an excellent profile photo.
