I am new in Upwork. I applied for a job and I received a message. We agreed to work together. What is the next step? Should I send the contract? Where can I send the contract?

Only the client can send an offer which leads to a contract.

Don't do any work before you have accepted an offer.

I would be happy to help. If your proposal is accepted you will receive a message from your client and a message room will be created where you can continue negotiating with the client.
