bank account name differs from my name due to company

I clicked like hell through all kinds of support pages but was not able to find any form where to contact stuff regarding my issue which is at this point extremely frustrating!

I want payments to be made to my company. The companies bank account runs under a different name than mine. I have found the information, that I need to prove (which I can) that I am linked to the company and the company is linked to the bank account, however, as stated, it is not possible to contact anyone here.
