200 milestones finished

Hello, I recently finished 200 milestones with a client and client had to create a new contract for next milestone. 

so the issue is, upwork deduction was 5 percent with this client, however, as I reached 200 milestone, with the new contract created, now its 10 percent deduction by upwork. 

It is considering it as new contract and not considering the same client.

Any solutions for this
