Add "Hire rate in percent" in the filter option

There are several types of filter options such as Job type, Client history, Project length, etc. I think it will be a great help if add "Hire rate in percent" in the filter option. Obviously, this should be for both logged-in and logged-out users.

On the right side of the screen, view the number of hires by a client and current jobs open to get the basic idea.
