Badge Visibility

Good day!

A few days ago, there was a problem with my account that caused my badge to disappear or not be visible on my account. I reported it, and support said it would reappear after 48 hours. However, 48 hours have passed, and my badge is still not visible. I don't even see any details on 'My Stats' regarding eligibility for any badge.

Can someone help me?
